Free training for staff aged 19 or over with low skills

We can help you with FREE staff training and development.

We can support organisations who deliver IAG by providing training to upskill staff. We offer qualifications including Basic Skills (ESOL, Literacy and Numeracy E3-L2) and we can offer a unique opportunity for your staff to gain a nationally accredited qualification. The Level 2 qualification is nationally accredited through Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and is available to your staff if they meet the eligibility criteria.
